[بشر] الباء والشين والراء أصلٌ واحد: ظهور الشَّئ مع حُسْنٍ وجمال فالبَشَرة ظاهِرُ جِلْد الإنسان، ومنه بَاشَرَ الرّجُلُ المرأةَ، وذلك إفضاؤه بِبَشَرتِه إلى بَشَرتها.
